Sanjay Koneswaran
Sanjay Koneswaran is a lifelong, passionate cricketer and visionary leader whose dedication to the sport has shaped the very foundation of TCCA. For many years, Sanjay has championed opportunities for players across Canada and internationally, helping athletes showcase their talents —even those traveling from overseas to compete.
A highly accomplished entrepreneur, Sanjay is the owner of multiple successful companies, including CTS Building and Supplies, S & B Pallets, and Tevola Kitchen. Despite his demanding business portfolio, he has dedicated most of his youth and adulthood to supporting and growing cricket in Canada.

Kris Sivaguru
Kris Sivaguru is the co-founder of TCCA and a respected business leader who has spent years supporting cricket development and ensuring that players have access to competitive, high-quality environments. As the owner of Shinol Inc., Kris has also operated multiple indoor sports facilities that have provided spaces for Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, Badminton, and Cricket.
His dedication to community sports, strong business acumen, and commitment to athlete development have played a major role in establishing TCCA as a premier organization within the Canadian cricket landscape.

Raguruban (Ragu) Yogarajah
Ragu Yogarajah is a multi-talented leader whose passion for sports, arts, and community development has shaped his remarkable journey. Born in Sri Lanka and raised in Canada, Ragu has dedicated years to building opportunities for youth and communities across the GTA.
Professionally, Ragu works with the Ministry of Emergency Preparedness & Response. Outside government, he is an entrepreneur and creative force—working as a realtor, dance studio owner/instructor, mentor, consultant, photographer, music composer, graphic designer, and videographer.

Rakul Ratnam
Rakul Ratnam is a standout athlete known for his versatility and excellence in all formats of cricket. As the Vice-President of TCCA, Rakul brings leadership, discipline, and first-hand experience as a competitive player. Recently, he had the honour of representing Team Canada in the Indoor Cricket World competition in India—an achievement that reflects his skill and dedication.
Rakul is also the owner of TNV Transport, and he leads his own talented cricket team, continually developing and mentoring players to reach higher levels.

Nithiyan Thavalingam
Nithiyan Thavalingam is the strategic engine behind TCCA’s branding, visibility, and global growth. Widely recognized for his entrepreneurial leadership and influential network, he brings a strong vision, innovation mindset, and proven execution experience to elevate TCCA’s presence both locally and internationally
His expertise in business development, digital strategy, and community building continues to play a key role in shaping TCCA’s long-term success and expansion.

Gopi Sivakaran
Gopi Sivakaran is a respected cricketer and accomplished sports leader who has successfully built and managed a leading Tamil cricket team in the GTA, implementing a highly effective cricket championship model.
Alongside his sporting achievements, he has established a strong career in the aviation industry, with expertise in Budget Management, Corporate Management Strategies, Emergency Response Planning (ERP), Operational planning, Maintenance Management, and Safety Management Systems (SMS). His strategic leadership, strong safety culture, and results-driven approach make him a valuable asset to the TCCA Board of Directors.

Vaisnavi Sivananthan
Vaisnavi Sivananthan is a committed community leader and advocate for empowering youth, women, and diverse groups through arts and sports. As the owner of a successful dance studio, she has dedicated years to nurturing young talent and promoting inclusive pathways for personal growth and success.
With a strong academic background in Accounting, Vaisnavi plays a crucial role in maintaining TCCA's financial health, operational stability, and long-term sustainability.

Suganya Koneswaran
Suganya Koneswaran brings strategic leadership, governance insight, and a collaborative approach to the TCCA Advisory Committee. Recognized for her proactive approach and results-driven mindset, she contributes to initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
With a strong commitment to community development and inclusive growth, Suganya supports TCCA’s mission by advancing sound governance practices, informed decision-making, and programs that create lasting value for players, volunteers, and the broader cricket community.
